Need help using solver

Hello all.

I'm studying for a first year 'Information Technology' exam and am having trouble with one question setting up my solver.
The question is attached to this thread. Please describe what constraints to use or preferably solve this question so I can see how you did it looking at the formulas. I'd be really really really grateful.

This shouldn't be too hard for an experienced user.
