Right mouse clicking

Help Please. Using Excel 2003 and when I right mouse click I only get copy paste options. yesterday i was able to get all sorts of other options, format cells, insert, etc.... how can i fix this?

The right click shortcut menus are situational, and should change depending on what you have selected. If there is something wrong, you could try resetting all the tool bars. Right click a toolbar, select customise, then click the reset button on the toolbars tab.
