Copy Formula:copy the exact same formula in one column

I need to copy the exact same formula in one column from row 1-3600
now when ever i try to drag or hold ctrl it changes the formula

EG This is what i want
Row 1 =b1/2
Row 2 =b1/2
What it does

Row 1 =B1/2
Row 2 =B2/2

and so on. Ive tried to get help from people at work but no one knows how
Any idea besides Copy past to each cell
