Filtering down a list ?

Hope someone can help me out with this one. I have a list in Excel of our company customers invoices for an entire year. Each customer has a full list of invoices by row, including $ per invoice with the last line being a total.

I'd like to have just Customer name and total but NOT all the lines of invoices. Ive attached an example.

Can someone help?

thanks for the help, although I've looked at it and still can't figure it out. is it possible to give me a step by step instruction? spent an hour trying to figure it out based on your example, but still can't get it to work. my example is exactly what the list looks like although it's much longer.
