    Vlookup without #n/a?

Is there a way to have a vlookup NOT return a #n/a and instead return a zero if it searches for a value that's not on a list? I'm trying to return a sum, but the #n/a is screwing up my total.

    Hi

    Yes

    =IF(ISERROR(vlookup formula),0,vlookup formula)

    Hi,

You could also use the SUMIF instead of SUM

    =SUMIF(A1:A10,"<>#N/A")

    Cheers

I went with option one. Worked like a charm.

    Thanks!
