Overwrite file always

Hi everyone and advance thanks for the help,

I got a CSV file that I extract the data from. I need to save or the overwrite the data to the same text file everytime. How do I do that? Below is my save macro but with this I keep getting the message "Do you want to over write?"


ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:="K:\PROBILL\pbol.txt", FileFormat:=xlText, CreateBackup:=False
