    filters

    hi in one of the cels say h1 I have coloumn of file names the all vary in name types eg

    leedsDFSHome1
    SouthamptonDFSicr1
    LeedsCSCNext1

    however the always start with the a City name, then the department name , their are 4 depatments DFS ASA KNE ZER

    I want a filter say DFS how can I do that
    or I want a filter say all DFS in LEEDS

    any help

    Hi,

    Select Range then

    Try Data > Filter > Autofilter. Click the filter dropdown and select custom then select contains and type in DFS
