Show number to the left of row cells/move row number down one cell

Hi,

In Page Setup, Sheet, you can set to print Row & Column headings.

Row 1 is row 1

You cannot have the first Row as anything other than the first row.

alternately you can insert a new column A and number it as =Row()-1

as required.

use =Row()-2

---but
for A2 to equal 1 then my original =Row()-1 should have worked.
