    Missing info

Hi I hope some can help here go my question.

Is there a limit to how much information an auto fill can hold at one time?

At would I used to keep a hard copy of stock adjustments for an every day. After awhile I had too many folders. So I created a excel sheet listing the following fields, Line number, Description, Reason, persons id and date. This was fine until I enter over five thousand adjustments. The auto fill dos not list all the line. Would it be better if I created an Access data base.

I am not aware of anything that is made better by creating an Access database, however I do not understand your question, you say 'auto fill' but the question reads more like the display on a filter dropdown, which is limited to 1,000 rows displayed.

    Can you provide more details?
