character returns (or alike) in cell

Hi,

I have merged some cells in excel and have text within (sentances)

I wish to have each sentance on a sepearate line within cell not a continuous text line...without having to put spaces in (which is messy)....

Anyone?

right click the cell, click Format cells..., under Alignment tab check Wrap text then press Ok. (increase or decrease column's width to see your appropriate result)

You can also place the cursor at the place you want to insert a line break and press Alt and Enter...
