Script help required

I have 3 files

1 is ControlPanel.xls
2. is NamesFile.xls
3. is Temp.xls

Names file I recieve each month it has loads of staff details on. I need to create reports for certain CSR CAT and each Manger under that CSR Catogery each month. and save the file using the category. Please see the attached control panel , I am looking to condense the script. Any help considered, Please feel free to ask any questions.
