    Conditional Formatting Validation Lists

Okay, since my last idea failed miserably, I am trying something a little different. The attached sheet has 2 pages... "NFL Survivor" & "NFL Survivor Losers". In the first sheet you mark selections. For example, Jake selected Bills in week 6. On page "NFL Survivor Losers", there are a bunch of Validation Lists... 16 under each week heading. Each week, the losers of each game is selected from the drop down. Is there a way to highlight the column on the sheet "NFL Survivor" in red if there is any data in a row for a team that is selected on sheet "NFL Survivor Losers"? For example, Jake & Joe's colums should be red because they selected Bills & 49ers because they both lost & are located on sheet "NFL Survivor Losers". I hope this example is clear enough.

    Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention that formula will only turn red the specific cell and not the entire column ... but you can amend it ...
