    Exclamation Match or Vlookup

    Hi there .. I attached here a sheet that i want to work in ...
    i'm not sure if i have to use the Match or Vlookup or which function to make it work as i want !!!

    how ?

    it's looks working ...but what in case of i want to add more data (names, telephones, limits....) and i don't want to edit the formula
    i attached the file + another pic. that if i want to add more icons for the macros can this be???

    To turn off the brush unclick it on the toolbar. Should be just below the Data dropdown menu

    some good ppl here as u helped me geting it this way ,, but i still have some problems in it , i wrote why i try to make this file and what;s for , that may help u to help me get it in some good way ,,
