Question How do create a form where blank cells from a list are not shown...

What I am trying to make is a form where a person chooses from a list a number of items in a list. Then on the form only the items they chose show.

    For example,
The person choose a medium coat and pants by placing an "x" beside the one they want on a list.

    1 Coat (small)
    2 Coat (medium) x
    3 Coat (large)
    4 Coat (x-large)
    5 Pants (small)
    6 Pants (medium) x
    7 Pants (large)
    8 Pants (x-large)

Then on the form it shows:

    1 Coat (medium)
    2 Pants (medium

I can't seem to make this happen in Excel. The list I want people to choose from has 73 items. The most items that a person could choose from the list would be 10 items. So on the form I want to only show the 10 items they have chosen.

    How can I do this?

    Question Clarification

The "form" I am talking about isn't a Word document. I just want on another worksheet in the same workbook that is going to be the form.
