Question Help with inserting row problem

I have two datasets that I would like to display together in a linegraph. They are both very big. One dataset has increments of 0.1m in the distance field while the other has increments of 0.05m. I would like to insert a row after every record in the former and add 0.05m so there are the same number of records in each dataset. If I were to do this manually it would take all day. Is there some quick and painless way of doing this?

In the example I have used column A

Record a Macro, and then stop recording and Edit the macro, and replace it's code with

set the blue nth to a start number if you do not want to start from row 1

set the blue rw = 15 to the desired end row, remove this row entirely to do the whole sheet.

set the blue 1). (both of) to the column number required.
