Combo Box selection from more than 1 sheet, Possible ???

Hi,

I have a Purchase/Sales database that I would like to use a combo box selection that would look up various other worksheets (all identical format) that contain purchases from suppliers, each supplier has their own sheet.

The Sales sheet, which is where I would like the Combo Box that would give me the option to look-up the the suppliers sheets and display the products that i have purchased, then i could select the product that would add the data to my sales and (Product name and Selling Price)

I would then need to add the selling quantity which would deduct this from the total in stock, is this possible in excel, or is this too much to ask.

Hi Roy,

The attached spreadsheet uses VLOOKUP (with Data Validatiion in column B) instead of a Combo Box.
It appears to show all the information you refer to in your post except the automatic stock adjustment.
Can't think of a way of doing this in Excel.

except the auto stock adjustment ... something like this
add a Button for calling the UserForm, a UserForm, two ComboBoxes (Combobox1 for yr sheets, and Combobox2 for products), a TextBox (for price) and a CommandButton (for sending datato Sales sheet)
