Can I use a conditional formula?

Is it possible to create a conditional formula based on the following:

If a number is present in a cell, then multiply that number by 1.032.

I will need to apply the formula to hundreds of other cells. My goal is to avoid creating a new column or cell to perform the multiplication function (i.e. =C11*1.032)

    Any recommendations are appreciated!

Well if it is a one off application type 1.032 in a cell go copy, select all the cells you want to increase (just as a big range) go paste special multipy. then with the range still selected go edit replace 0 with "blank" and choose find entire cells only, and replace all.

    Not elegant, but hopefully functional

    Regards
