Help with sorting transactions

Hello, I have downloaded my pay pal account into excel but now I need to sort all my debits into say
1.fed ex charges
2. Office max or other supply charge.
3. hosting charges etc.. is there an easy way to do this?
I appreciate any help.

Hi,

if your data has a column which identifies these items, then select all required rows and Data, Sort over that column.

if your data does not contain such a column then you will need to generate one, by identifying some feature of each row that classifies it as required.
