I have a pivot table which displays actual values and budget values for a full year by month across the sheet. I've inserted 2 calculated fields and set the field option to 'Running Total' to give me cumulative actual and budget values across the year and a further calculated field to give me the variance between these 2 sets of cumulative values. Fine so far. But now I want to include another row to show the percentage variance between the 2 sets of cumulative data. Does anyone know if this is possible? Whatever I've tried calculates against the monthly budget value and not the cumulative.
