Validation Tool and IF function...

Anyways I have 2 "drop down boxes" (Validation tool) and I am applying an IF statement to them so that different combinations have different outcomes. As some of the combinations have the same outcome I thought I could shorten the IF statement like this:

=IF(AND(B48=B38:B41,D48=C36,F48="0-30 Minutes"),C8,"ERROR")

However the piece in red is the problem. I don't know how to say "if B48 equals B38,B39,B40 or B41...etc"

Sorry about the poor explanation! Can anyone help?
