    Exporting Spreadsheet to Word

Sorry if this is a basic question, but I have tried lots of different things today but to no avial.

I have a wide spreadseet, that when I print I am able to get it to fit to 1 page wide and 9 deep. I want to import the same spreadsheet into Word, but it comes across wider than the page (set at landscape). Is there a way of getting the output exported to word using the same way that excel prints?

Have you tried setting the margins in Word to the same as in Excel - Page Set up?

Yes - everything appears the same between the two applications, but the export doesn't work like the printing does.

Are you sure you are changing the margins in landscape mode in Word to the same as Excel, only I've just tried and it seems to work OK???

    Yes, I have tried that.

What I am after is a way of getting excel to export the data, either by copy and paste or some other method to word in a similar method in the way it can print. By that I mean that if you set excel up to print to 1 page wide and however many deep, it will scale the spreadsheet to fit that criteria. Normal Cut and Paste wont do that.

    Any hints greatfully recieved.
