I Need Help Speeding Up code

Hello,

I have this code that works fine and tidies up one of my worksheets. The only problem is that it takes about 4-5 seconds to run and I was wondering if anyone new of any tricks to speed it up?

FYI, try to avoid selecting sheets, cells, etc. whenever possible, to help speed things up.

Thanks for that, but it doesn't seem to have the same effect as mine, any idea why. I'm new to all this code stuff and I don't really understand yours. The following line didn't work...

but if I remove it from the WHILE block it does. The other part which isn't working is the part which tidies up the borders i.e.
