Find & Replace in locked worksheet

Is there any code that will let you find and replace text within a pre-determined range that is inside a locked workbook / worksheet?

In short No!, you will have to add some sheet.Protect/Unprotect to the find and replace code. The code below will unprotect all sheets find all the words inputted in the input box and replace them with the contents of the second input box and then reprotect the sheets with the password as "password"
