Excel 2007 Display

I just got excel 2007 and right away I got the classic view add on. I want to get rid of the "home,insert,page layouts etc" tabs at the top of the screen because I have all of that under the one menu tab. Is there anyway to edit this?? Any help in making excel 2007 more like excel 2003 would be appreciated. Thanks,

I suppose the best way to make 2007 look like 2003, is to unistall 2007 and install 2003. It can't be that bad can it!
