    Form Serial Numbers

This is a rather complicated question, at least for me. The company I work for has a form that they use for recording data that was created in Excel. I am generally an Access guy (learner experience). This form has a field for serial number. I have been asked if it is possible to auto-populate a form with the serial numbers say for a 2000 piece order, but only use one form. For example input some where the number of motors required on the order and hit print and all the serial numbers up to that number print....even if it requires 50 sheets of that form. this is supposedly to save the operator time in writing the numbers.

Dunno if that will do what I want it to do

There are about 40 different places on the form for Serial numbers, and they must go up to a certain pre-defined number....like say 2000 or 280 or 560.

If you put the serial number in A1, then if you need that same number anywhere else then you just refer back to A1

    =A1
