forum use questions, where?

Where is the best place to ask forum use questions.

I've looked in FAQ file, but doesn't seem to have a place to post.
I asked this once this morning but I can't find it now.

I did search the FAQ.
How did they get questions in the 1st place?
Whats appropriate? Don't ask?

First, you should search using the search button at the top of the forum using appropriate key words for your question. If you cannot find the answer to your question after searching, select the appropriate forum (General, Misc, Programming, etc.) and post your question.
