Yes, in the order as per the date range on the spreadsheet
Hi,
You could either use a helper column with a lookup e.g say left(A1,3) = Jan then it would return 1 etc
or as it's a short list just right click say JUL 06 REB BAL and select order and move as required then preserve the formatting
