Last Modified Date-does the report.csv file have to be open?

I have a workbook that takes certain numbers from a .CSV file and prints out a report. I'd like it to include the LastModifiedDate of the .CSV file (Last time it was saved). The .CSV file is constantly being written over so I can not put code into it. I've tried some code segments that I found on the forum but none seem to work unless I'm simply getting the timestamp from the active workbook. Any help would be appreciated. Also, does the report.csv file have to be open when the code is executed?

Please always attach the sample workbook without sensitive information when asking for help

    To add a module
Press Alt + F11 (this is the Visual Basic Environment)
    Insert Menu, select Module
    Past code there
    Close Visual Basic Environment (X)
