    VBA to place a picture

    Hi ...

Or do you mean show pictures retrieved from a database ...
Attached Files Show Pictures.zip (4.2 KB, 11 views)

I'm trying to use the above file to place a picture over Proposal!C13, depending on a selection from a dropdown list on Proposal!A7. In using this formula, I am getting a 0 as my value in the =Picture cell, rather than the picture I'm requesting.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

I'm sure the attachment didn't come through right, but it's the Show Picture file using a range name and the Offset function.

The drop down list is located on Specs!A(column), I've replicated the list on Pictures!A, and the pictures themselves are hovering over Pictures!B column.

If you look at Carim's post on this thread, that is the file.

I've got a need that has become very convoluted, and I'm running out of ideas on how to fix it.

Basically, I need pictures to show up over C13 depending on a user choice in A7. But then I have the same thing happening down in A190-A204 or something, so the VBA code I was trying to use doesn't seem to be able to pull off both things. That's why I'm trying to use the above method for the A7 set of pictures now.
