Hlookup / Match

Hello.

I have a list of Data in columns A, B, & C. I want to match the numbers in column C to the correct date & location in the cells that say #N/A.
I have tried combining HLOOKUP & MATCH, but it’s just not working for me.

Any Help would be gratefull.
