I'm assuming you mean that you want to add a number of workdays to a date, counting Saturday as a workday but excluding holidays.

Assuming you have a named range - holidays - including your holiday dates and start date is A2, days to add in B2

    =SMALL(IF(WEEKDAY(ROW(INDIRECT("1:"&B2*10))+A2)<>1,IF(ISNA(MATCH(ROW(INDIRECT("1:" &B2*10))+A2,holidays,0)),ROW(INDIRECT("1:"&B2*10))+A2)),B2)

    confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER

    Workday Past Due Date

Thank You Very Much, you have been really helpful, the formula works just fine, but..

This formula works only if the "Days to Add" is a positive number, but it dosenīt work when the "Days to Add" is "Cero" or a Negative Number.

This is in order to know when the task was suppose to conclude or if its for "today", can you do that for me?

Thank you a lot this has been a really good advance.
    Regards!
