Incremental formulae

I've got a major problem and need some advice if anyone can help. I've got an Excel spread sheet which has all the meetings i have for the month on it (the sheet is broken down into 31 sections to represent the days). Now the problem i have is that my buisness web page has a thumbnail on it which is linked into the spreadsheet (currently opens the whole spreadsheet), but i would like the part of the spreed sheet that opens to change daily to just that days itinery and not the whole sheet (i was thinking of a second spreadsheet for this to "load" onto with only the day in question viewed)

Was looking at this type of thing:

=A1+(WEEKDAY(A1)>=C1)*7-WEEKDAY(A1)+C1

You could try having an auto-open macro which deletes the lines not associated with today's date. Opening the sheet with the shift key would allow you to open it without this happening.
