    Exel Slow Response

We have a Computer and Projector that are used in our Conference Room. This computer is the only one with the problem in our network. The actual Exel files are on the Server and run fine on computers throughout the company. But On Most User Profiles on this Conferencing Computer (I say most because when I created my account they open and ran fine) Exel moves slowly not just in Start Up but moving throughout Cells there is a Delayed Response.

The computer HAS been replaced and we still have the same issue.
The Exel files will run fine on Some Users, and Sometimes it will run on Others
    fine also
We have a standard Check List for Settings we install throughout all users (it is too long to list) but this is SOP and other computers run fine

Now I would like to know if there are any standard issues you may know of that I can address that cause Slow Responsiveness in Exel by Profile not Machine. Preferably without creating new accounts for all (30-40 users needed)

No it did not. Thanks Though.

After further messing with it. The Files are being accessed from the server and once again its only on this one computer that has slow response. Now there is a lot of users on the local machine could this be a factor?

Also when the file is opened up localy it runs fine on ALL users.
When the file is saved it temporarily runs fine then within seconds its lagging.
If the you prefrom a saveas on the file and save it on the server it runs fine.
On some users if you open it through explorer it lags but if you open it up through excel even on the server it is fine.

Can't help you with the why part,
but as a workaround, can you write an Event Procedure upon Workbook_Open it performs a Save As and saves it to the server?
