Calculate sum of column based on farmat

Hi,

i would like to know if there is an easy way to calculate the sum of a column / row based on the cell's format - ie: we have a cashflow spreadsheet and when individual invoices are raised we amend the total and fill the cell with a specific colour to highlight it as invoiced - I want 2 totals at the bottom of each column with "invoiced" / "to be invoiced"
