direct cell in one wksheet to another???

Situation:
Trying to create a fool proof wksheet for regular updating by other users

Im trying to create a cell (A1) in Sheet 1 which links to another cell (say B1) in Sheet 2
So when users double click A1 in Sheet 1, it will automatically bring her to cell B2 in Sheet 2 (which is the cell to update)

How do I make this possible? The users does not have good knowledge of Excel, that’s why im trying to “point to the specific cells to update”
