Want a Match() that returns an array

Is there a way to do a match(), but instead of returning the index of the first one, to return an array of all that match?

I have a list of people and zip codes where some people share the same zip code -- I want to fill cells with all that match a particular zip code. I would prefer it be a formula because I want it to look them up after I change the target zip code.

Once I get the list -- is there a function like Index that can be used with the array of indexes and return a list of values from another range?

I am attaching a sample spreadsheet of a way to do it. It requires some concatenation, but, to the best of my knowledge, it is the best way to do it.

I hope that is a positive wow!

If so, I'm glad I can help. Just let me know if you need any help extending your ranges.
