Po to Invoice matching

I hope that you all can help me here. I am trying to import a comma delimted file in to a workbook that already has a purchase order in it. The comma delimted file is what i actually got on the order . So i want excel to look at my order and match item or upc numbers then look at the qty and have a true or false statement there then look at the cost to see if it went up or down. I know this is simple for you guys but me its about to eat me up i can not get it to work. Thanks in adavance for your guys help. Doug
