Inserting calculated fields in Pivot Tables

I was recently upgraded to Excel 2003 and am no longer have the option to create a calculated field in a Pivot Table. This was available in the previous version I used but not 2003. Has it been removed from 2003 for some reason or have I just overlooked something?

On the PT toolbar select Pivot Tables - Formula - Calculated fields
