Change display of $65,078,908 to $65 Million

I have a bunch of very large numbers with many significant digits and I want to be able display a more human friendly value. How can I do this to cells en masse? I do not want to manually type the numbers because the values are dynamic and I do not have enough time to retype everything over and over.

For example, I want the value of $65,078,908 (my salary) to read $65.1 Million (therefore I need to round the values as well). Is this possible with Custom Number formats?
