Table lookup function

Hi!

I´m currently having some hard difficulties with my datasheet to lookup 1 variable in a kind of table.

If you look in the file you see these two variables "1-1-2000" and "1". I need a function so I can lookup the figure which cerrespond to those 2. The answer in this case should be:"2" and in the second "6".

I hope someone can help me with this. I tried myself with Hlookup, Vlookup etc.. but it did not work out.

=INDEX($F$4:$O$14,MATCH(B5,$F$4:$F$14,0),MATCH(C5,$F$4:$O$4,0))
