I have set Excel 2007 to automatically save my documents in Excel 2003 format. However, every time I save a document that is passworded, I get a message asking me if I want to upgrade the document in order to provide stronger encryption.

Is there any way to turn this message off? It is very annoying. It is also counter-intuitive to click on SAVE and then have to answer NO in order to complete the process.

Any ideas...?
