Question adding a button - help!

    Hello excel experts,

I am entering data in excel and am constantly manually adding 1 to a number already in that cell. There must be an easier way...

Is there an option that I can insert a (grey) button into the worksheet, where everytime I click on it with the mouse it adds '1' to the number that is already in the cell next or behind that button?

    (does that make sense??).
Let me explain what I need it for: it's for customer comments cards where customers rate our service, timing etc. THere are 3 rating : excellent, good, and poor for the various questions. So for example 3 ratings are excellent, 2 good and 1 poor. THe next comment card has excellent ticked, so now I am manually changing number 3 to 4...and I have 100's of cards and 10 questions on each.... so the click of a mouse button to add a number is much faster than typing over it all the time.

    I hope someone can help...

    thanks a lot.

    Denis

Please always attach the sample workbook without sensitive information when asking for help

    To add a module
Press Alt + F11 (this is the Visual Basic Environment)
    Insert Menu, select Module
    Past code there
    Close Visual Basic Environment (X)
