lock custom toolbars

i've created a custom toolbar to run various macros in a spreadsheet but when i sent the file to another computer(by email or data key) it vanishes, i dont want to have to recreate and reassign macros every time so is there a way to set it so it will be there on any computer with this file? any help would be appreciated

have sorted this myself, if anyone needs to know how just right click the custom toolbar, select customise from the bottom of the menu, on the toolbars tab click the attach button, highlight the name of the custom toolbar and click copy, click ok aand your done

Write code to create your custom toolbar. Call that code from a Workbook_Open routine and call the "remove my toolbar" from Workbook_Close.
