Simple list with series of numbers

Sorry guys.. i tried for 3 houres now ive never worked with excel before.. it makes me crazy.. that is all i want:

a headline at each page, a page number at the button 2 times 3 colums each page first column just numbers from 1 to 2000, second column gets the headline "name" third one "signature".. on every page.. sounds easy, but i just cant do it.. if its easy for you, please give me a couple of tips.. thank you, drummonds

Good enough? (It will display a header at top and pages at bottom. You can see them if you do a print preview)

thats better than all my trys.. thank you.. but its gonna be 2000 numbers for 2000 signatures so i was wondering if i could put 2 times the number, name ,signature on one page, do u know what i mean? like in my picture
