    Add defined value to cells

I have defined a value in my spreadsheet (VAT=1.2), using Insert > Name > Define. I want to add this value to several cells, e.g A1:A5. These cells contain different numbers, let's say 10, 20, 30, 40, 50. Is there a way to multiply these cells by VAT (1.2) at the same time? The cells should look like (10*VAT), (20*VAT), (n*VAT). I know I can use Paste Special > Multiply, but then the original value will disappear.

    Thanks,

    BR Paal

    Good evening Paal

Download and install my add-in via the link below.
Highlight the range to apply the formula to and go to Ultimate > Formulae > Apply Formula(e) to Range.
    In the box type *VAT
Click OK, and when asked if you want to convert to values select No.
