Putting a list of data into columns.

    Hi everyone,

I've just been given the file attached. The problem I have is that I want to display each of the four different figures (the product code (e.g. HP51629A), number (e.g. No29), Usage (e.g. 0) and price (e.g. £14.35)) in seperate columns.

Is there a easy way to convert this?

Thanks for any help you can give!

    Hi,

Attachment shows list as required, created using an incremental number and the INDIRECT function
