    Extracing results to database

Hi, please don't laugh if this is a stupid question.

I am a self taught excel user and I don't even know if this is possible but what I have is a spreadsheet that calculates all the seperate component sizes for kitchen cabinets. I just enter the height, width, depth and number of drawers and I get all the sizes of the pieces I need to cut. What I want to do is type in the first cupboard size, get the results, and put them onto a single form as a cutlist. Then just change the sizes for the next cupboard. I may have up to 30 cupboards in a kitchen.

Is there an easy way to do this or do I have to copy everything that I have already done 30 times on the one spreadsheet?

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to the site

Can you provide a sample of your work and the expect end results that you want?

    Thanks
    Denis

Please always attach the sample workbook without sensitive information when asking for help

    To add a module
Press Alt + F11 (this is the Visual Basic Environment)
    Insert Menu, select Module
    Past code there
    Close Visual Basic Environment (X)

    Sorry, nothing to laugh about.

Please post a sample file, what do you enter and what should be the result.

    Thanks for the prompt reply

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I hope I have done the file attachment correctly. No doubt you will let me know if it didn't work.
The program that I would like to import the list into is quite particular about the format that you try to import. Must be .csv or .txt and in the layout shown at the bottom.

Are the cupboards, e.g. c1, always same height, width and depth ?

No, the sizes will vary quite often.
