What item can you add to a worksheet to create a toggle that would dynamically control a conditional format?

    Hi,

You can do this with a toggle button that had a dependant cell. That cell can be used to change the criteria of the conditional format to make it appear like it's turning off and on.

    Please see the attachment.

    Control a conditional format

Can you use a hyperlink, group box or check box to create a toggle that would control a conditional format?

    Hyperlink - no

    Group box - don't know

Check box - yes, replace the button in the earlier example with a checkbox
