Compare two lists of data

Hello everybody,
I am asking for your help on the below topic :
I have one list with company names and addresses (pls see attached file) and an other one shorter with company names again written in a slightly different way (I think this is called inconsistent abbreviations), followed by city , tel and fax no. All cells are text. Is there any way that I could get a new list with the names that are both in column A and in column D (selection based on first 7 characters) and also have the address , city , tel and fax no ?

Thanks for your answer. Sorry my eg was bad. Rows under column A are 3900 and under column D 1500. One name (Interunity) can be in A80 and in D20 and again is written in two different ways, that's shy I need the comparison base on first 7 characters.
