    Autofilter Question

Is there way to make custom categories in Autofilter...for instance, in one of my columns I have home sale prices, and rather then selecting individual prices in the drop down menu I would like to be able to select ranges (ex. less than $399,999; $400,000-$699,000 ect.) I would like to be able to do this without having to use Custom Autofiltering for each search criteria. Thanks in advance.

Select Custom option from the drop down auto filter list - (at the bottom of the list)
You the have options of entering/selecting 1 or 2 values using operators of =, >, =>, <=, < in conjunction with the values

When using 2 values you also use need to select And, Or operators

I would like to be able to have certain options available in the drop down menu and NOT have to use the Custom Filtering option each time. Is there any way to do this?
